Straight answers
- Is there a contract or minimum term?
- No. Hutvista is billed month to month, per camp. There is no fixed term and no setup fee.
- How do I cancel?
- Tell us you want to stop and give one billing cycle’s notice — one month. You are billed for that final month and nothing after it. No lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime, and take your data with you.
- Can I take my data with me if I leave?
- Yes. Everything you have issued to a group is already a document you can download from Hutvista: every invoice, credit note, receipt and booking confirmation as a PDF, your cash, earnings and outstanding-balance reports as PDF or CSV, your lead-conversion report as CSV, and each event’s registrant list as CSV. When you leave, we also hand over your booking and customer records on request, and we agree the format with you during your final month.
- What does “per camp” mean if I run more than one site?
- Each camp is $300 a month, and all of them are managed from one login. A trust with three camps pays $900 a month. Several venues on one site — a lodge and a bunkhouse, say — are still one camp.
- Are there extra charges for modules or users?
- No. Every feature on the features page is included, and you can invite as many team members as you need.
